Addiction Recovery Services
Confidential & Compassionate Support
It’s never too early – or too late – to seek professional support
Change Your Relationship with Alcohol or Drugs
Drinking alcohol and using drugs impacts people’s lives in different ways. Some people just want to cut back, while others need to consider whether any drinking or drug use is useful in their life.
No matter what stage you’re at, anyone looking to explore and change their relationship to substance and/or alcohol use will benefit from the support of an experienced and compassionate addiction professional.
Recovery Coaching provides 1-on-1 solutions that are collaborative and personalized, designed to help individuals live better, fuller, and more meaningful lives. We are also often called upon to work as part of a clinical or medical team which we love to do!
Sober Companionship is available for individuals looking for live-in accountability and support, either on an as-needed or prolonged basis.
Services for families are available at Interventions.ca, which focuses specifically on those affected by a loved one's substance use. You’ll find information about drug or alcohol interventions in Canada, and details on how we help families and friends who have been impacted by addiction.
We’ll Meet You Wherever You’re At
A Recovery Coach works with you wherever you are in your journey, with 100% discretion and confidentiality.
You may arrive with a clear desire to create change, whatever that looks like to you. You may still be consuming alcohol or drugs, or may have ceased use.
Regardless of your goals for changing your relationship to alcohol or drugs, or where you’re currently at, we can help you move forward with a disciplined change-plan.
Together we will identify the approach to change that you decide is going to work for you. What works for one person may not work for another, so we will explore multiple solutions and we'll see which one best fits.
Recovery Coaching services are offered 1:1 to individuals, and our diverse team also works with families, employers, private enterprise, inpatient treatment centres, insurance companies, occupational health and disability providers, government agencies, clinicians, physicians, and psychiatrists.
