Sober since December 2016 at 19 years old, I found a passion in giving back and wanting to help whoever was meant to cross my path.

I’m a strong believer in that everyone deserves a second chance at life and to enjoy it. I graduated from McMaster University in Professional Addiction Studies and I started working in the field in 2019.

I have a husband and a feisty 2 year old Schnauzer. In the past I have sober coached, companioned, and have done case management. Whether pre/post treatment, during companionship I like to make sure the days are filled. Recovery can be a scary journey, it’s my job to be by their side and show them the beautiful side to it so they’re not alone. I am fluent in French, English and conversational in Greek.
